  • Orders less than $75.00 within the continental USA, are shipped for a $7.99 flat fee.

WHERE ARE THE 40 ROUND MAGAZINES?

STUD has grown very rapidly and with a small team we only have so much time to devote to each product.

When we introduced the STUD factory replacement magazines, we underestimated their demand by our customers. After looking long and hard at all our options we felt  we needed to best direct our efforts to what our customers wanted. As we sell about (200) STUD factory replacement mags for every (1) 40 round magazine we felt we needed to put the 40 rounders on hold for the time being.

We do expect to relist them in the future.

ABOUT US?

STUD Mag Loaders were developed to bring a premium, highly engineered and refined airgun magazine loading option to the airgun industry. Our unrelenting desire for excellence in product design, testing and refinement, has allowed us to present to our customers products we are proud to make.
Our founder, after having retired from 44 years in the plastics industry, decided to take up a hobby when he retired. Much to his wife's dismay, this new hobby was hanging around the gun range. Before long he purchased his first PCP premium air rifle, a FX Dreamline and he was hooked.
Never one to be content, he soon realized that buying and filling expensive magazines at the range was no fun. After looking at what was on that market for offline magazine loading, he felt the existing options were not as refined as he would have liked. This led to months of CAD work and literally hundreds of prototypes printed and tested by him.
Our products offered for your consideration are the result of those efforts and we hope they meet your shooting requirements.

HOW DO STUD MAG LOADERS/FEEDERS WORK?

Really easy!

To fill a empty mag loader:

  1.  Give the top a quick quarter turn counterclockwise, then pull the lid off.

  2. Load all the pellets in skirt first, filling all the empty holes with pellets.

  3. Replace the lid and give it a quarter turn clockwise until it stops. This is ready for storage and transport.

To load a empty magazine:

  1. Remove the lid off your magazine.

  2. Take the Stud Mag Loader and rotate the lid counter clockwise just until you see the head of the pellet in the hole in the lid. Without turning the lid any further, flip it over and (1) pellet will drop out. This is the pellet you will use to stake the magazine rotor.

  3. Load that loose pellet into the FX magazine rotor as you do normally (wind the spring and load the pellet in position #1).

  4. Finish removing the lid on the Stud mag loader.

  5. With the Stud Mag Loader flat on a table etc., fit the magazine to the load loader.

  6. lastly, flip the Mag loader/FX Magazine assembly upside down, and give it a little shake or tap on the table, this will transfer the pellets into the magazine.

  7. Replace the lid on the magazine and start shooting!

WHAT COLORS DO STUD MAG LOADERS COME IN?

For the target shooters we produce Stud Mag Loaders in 4 colors, one for each caliber. Blue for .177, Yellow for .22, Orange for .25, Red for .30 and Purple for .35 This avoids getting to the range with a bunch of mag loaders with the wrong caliber pellets when you shoot several guns.

WHY DO YOU USE ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING VS. INJECTION MOLDING TO PRODUCE YOUR PRODUCT?

Great Question! Of course with 44 years of building and running injection molds, you would think that would be our preferred method of producing STUD MAG LOADERS. However, the advances in additive manufacturing have been enormous. We operate our own mini-printer farm and our machines have been  heavily modified for precision printing. In fact, our printers are capable of accuracies better than 25 microns.
In addition, the ability to refine and improve products without changing molds, gives additive manufacturing the edge for us.

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR FUTURE MAG LOADERS? OTHER PRODUCTS?

Currently we are producing Mag Loaders for the FX MEGA magazines (Dreamline, Crown and Wildcat MKlll). We are now also producing STUD Mag Loaders for the FX Impact series of magazines. In addition we are producing magazines for the FX Panthera.

 

Our recent introduction of the game ganging Stud Feeder System has been a runaway success. We currently offer it in .177, .22, 25 and 30 calibers.

 

We get asked allot if we plan to produce magazines etc. for other brands of air guns. Because we are so involved with keeping with our FX line of products we do not plan to manufacture any other brands.

 

If you want to use STUD, you need to buy a FX airgun.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can feel secure using Paypal when checking out. It will give you the option of using major credit cards or Paypal if you prefer. In addition, PayPal will allow you to use a credit card without creating a PayPal account also.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/WARRANTY POLICY?

The original purchaser may return any STUD product for any reason, within 12 months from the date of the initial order. This policy also applies to orders placed from authorized STUD dealers that are noted in our "retailers" section.
